A family practice,
in every sense.
Some dental offices change names every few years. This one has had the same one over its door since 2000 — and the same family behind it. Dr. Jeremy Davey opened the practice in Naples the year he and his wife Kimberly settled here; she has run the business side of the office from day one. Several of the people who greet you have worked alongside them for ten, fifteen, twenty years. Many patients have been coming just as long.
Where it started
Dr. Davey grew up in Lakeland, Florida. He studied biology at James Madison University, earned his Doctorate in Dental Medicine at Boston University's Goldman School of Dental Medicine in 1997, and practiced for three years before coming home to Southwest Florida to build something of his own.
What he built is deliberately old-fashioned in one way only: one dentist, one team, treating whole families — grandparents, parents, and children, often all three.
We listen first, explain everything, and never recommend treatment you don't need. That's the whole philosophy.
How the practice works
Evidence-based dentistry at an unhurried pace. Your exam is thorough, your options are explained in plain language, and your treatment plan is built around your health and your budget — not a quota.
Dr. Davey spends part of every year in continuing-education seminars, study clubs, and workshops, and brings back only what genuinely serves his patients. Since 2011, the first year the list existed, his peers have named him a Top Dentist in Gulfshore Life's annual peer-reviewed survey — every single year.
Beyond the chair
In the community
The team volunteers with the Neighborhood Health Clinic and the Florida Mission of Mercy, providing dental care for neighbors who couldn't otherwise afford it.
Off duty
Dr. Davey swims with a masters team and spends his time outdoors — boating, fishing, hiking, and camping with Kimberly and their two sons.
If you're looking for a dentist your whole family can keep for decades, that is precisely what this practice was built to be.
